Andy & Helen had a Gibbon Bridge Hotel wedding and it was just perfect. Gibbon Bridge Hotel is a converted farm set in the heart of the Ribble Valley, Lancashire with lots of charachter and outdoor space. The actual wedding ceremony took place at the church of St Leonard the Less in the village of Samlesbury, close to the banks of the River Ribble.

We’d already met Andy & Helen and their son out in Liverpool for a pre wedding shoot which really helped them feel relaxed with us on the day. They’re a lovely family with a great sense of humour. The speeches were hilarious and from start to finish this was an incredible day. Huge congratulations guys.

The Portraits

We did the portraits and family photo’s back at Gibbon Bridge Hotel. Whilst we were out taking pictures the guests were entertained by the talented Lorna Adams (singer/musician).

The Speeches

The Evening

After some fantastic speeches we did a few more evening portraits of the bride and groom before they cut the cake and did their first dance. We performed with our band Madison in the evening and it was a fantastic party.

Gibbon Bridge is an incredible venue with availability for either indoor or outdoor ceremonies. Set in the heart of the Ribbel Valley you can imagine how picturesque it’s location is. With a stunning hotel and stunning grounds it really is the perfect wedding venue. If visiting the Ribble Valley you can take beautiful walks exploring the water meadows, watching the Fellsman steam train and just take in the incredible scenery.
